This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery timelines, fees, and procedures for online orders. For in-store purchases, you can take your items home immediately; this policy applies exclusively to orders placed through our Website.
1. Shipping Eligibility and Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to international addresses (e.g., Canada, Mexico, or overseas territories) at this time.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS and to APO/FPO addresses (for military families) using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard residential shipping.
- Restricted Areas: Some remote locations (e.g., certain islands, rural areas with limited carrier service) may require additional shipping time or incur surcharges. We will notify you at checkout if your address falls into this category.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to offer flexible shipping options tailored to your needs. Delivery timelines exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day).

- Processing Time: All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (e.g., an order placed on Monday will be processed by Wednesday). Processing time is separate from delivery time—please account for this when estimating when your order will arrive.
- Delayed Deliveries: We are not responsible for carrier-related delays (e.g., weather disruptions, traffic, carrier staffing issues). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please track your package using the provided tracking number (see Section 4) or contact the carrier directly for updates.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping Discount: As a thank-you to our customers, we offer free Standard Shipping on all online orders totaling (50 or more (before sales tax). Orders under )50 are subject to a $5.99 flat-rate Standard Shipping fee.
- Expedited/Overnight Fees: Fees for Expedited and Overnight Shipping are calculated based on the order’s weight, destination, and carrier rates. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Surcharges: Additional fees may apply to:

- Oversized or heavy items (e.g., large playtables, ride-on toys over 30 lbs.)—surcharges range from (10–)25, depending on the item.

- Shipments to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)—a $8.99 remote location surcharge applies to Standard Shipping.
All surcharges are clearly listed on the product page and at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS Tracking, UPS Tracking). You can use this number to monitor your package’s status (e.g., “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” “Delivered”).
- Tracking Updates: Carrier tracking systems may take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest status of your package (especially immediately after shipping). If you do not see updates within 48 hours, please check your spam folder for the Shipment Confirmation email or contact us at support@haoyunliai.com to re-send the tracking details.
5. Address Changes and Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you need to update the shipping address for an order, please contact us immediately at support@haoyunliai.com or +1 (718) 791-8285. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped (i.e., within the 1–2 business day processing window). Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address—you will need to contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (subject to carrier fees).
- Order Cancellations: To cancel an order before it ships, reach out to our team as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees). If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Refund Policy to return the item once it arrives.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors, building management, or your mailbox room (for apartment complexes)—carriers sometimes leave packages in secure, less obvious locations. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 3 days of the “Delivered” status. We will file a claim with the carrier and, once the claim is approved, offer a full refund or reshipment (if the item is in stock).
- Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” that are later stolen. However, we can assist you in filing a theft report with the carrier and provide documentation (e.g., delivery confirmation) to support your claim.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible damage (e.g., torn box, crushed items) or the toy inside is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return of the damaged item (at our expense) and issue a full refund or send a replacement (see our Refund Policy for details).
7. International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)
At this time, Haoyunliai does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, please check back in the future—we plan to expand our shipping coverage to select international destinations in 2026.
